(Translation: May peace and prosperity be upon you and your family.
With love and thought to sister always with praises. Hopefully you and your family in good health always. May Allah bless. I'm over here in good health as usual.)
First of all, I like to thank you for the efforts of what you've done in writing for my appeal. Thank you very much, for your hard work. Frankly speaking, you really did have the guts by giving such a commentary written speech to the President. But, in all of what we've said is true, would they want to believe us? Would they help us? Or would they take it into consideration? Well we really don't know what they gonna do. As for us are full of question marks. Maybe what I've heard is true, it's only a routine. You've got to write and the only results is dismissed with no comment. And how many of us had same fate, been given the pardon? Well they have all the power to do this and that. We only have the ability to pray and pray, nothing change.
Well, sis. At least I'm grateful that you know how I ended up in this place. A little much at least you know how they do their work and what's their intuition. By telling you these and by your hardship of trying to amend the truth. Through these experience, you did get to know what lies beneath and makes you believe in me, of how hard I've gone throughout my life. Let me put up a few grounds and hope it helps you to the truth and the trust in me.
(1) Addicted
Yes! I've been in and out drug centres and in and out prisons. Why it could not make me changed? Repeating the same offences? This is my only mistake that I've done and they grounded me of what I did. But why it doesn't make any changes? Why?! Everybody wants to change? I did want to change! But?!
(2) Company's Industrials
Because when I wanted to change and turn to a leaf, they did not give me any chances. I've been interviewed by Company's and turned me down, they doesn't want to accept me because of my previous convictions. And when I lied about my backgrounds, the industrial screens and found out about me, they throw me out. How am I going to make a living? Because of my dirty backgrounds. How am I going to make changes?
(3) Police
They also doesn't make any differences. I wanted to look for a job, they passed by me and stop me. I'd told them that I am going for an interview, they don't take my words and never even bother. They screen me and simply take me to the station for urine test, after that they let you off. What are they doing? Why? They stop you whenever they want! They just take you away when you want to! And they will let you go if they wanted to! Why! They even take away your rights! They are very mean in their uniforms and status!
(4) C.O.B.
They only arrest a great numbers of addicts and small traffickers. Have you heard big syndicate being arrested? The answer is "No". They get information from addicts and began arresting the traffickers. Throughout the experienced they do know that the drugs comes from a neighbouring country, by air, by land or by sea. Can they stop it? Why don't they stop it? They only make arrest from information and didn't want to know who's drugs it belongs to, as long as they know, they arrest you while the drugs with you or within your premises. They get rewarded from the arrests or promoted. They don't bother either you're innocent or telling the truth and didn't make any investigation. They will send us to court of law. Is this fair? Where are our rights?
(5) Lawyers, Judges
Lawyers only want our money! To them money talk first. It's a game to them. They fought because of money. Lawyers are afraid judges. And judges are using their power of decision. With their power, they do as they like, with only one word, you're guilty means guilty and with that one word, nobody dares to go against them. Judges are the most mean of them all. They are playing games with our lives. Even if you said "I'm not guilty" their decision is final. Judge must be impartial but they are not! Where are the justice? Where are our rights?
Baiklah kak min, Zul mengulapkan ribuan terima kasih pada kak min yang telah banyak menolong Zul Serta memberi sokongan terhadap kehadrad allah buat kak min, serta seisi keluarga, semoga berada didalam sihat sejahtera hendaknya.
Sekian...
